In an effort to prepare players interested in select hockey this season, the QCHA has secured ice times for “Conditioning Skate” for PeeWee (BY’05 &’06) Squirt (BY’07 &’08) and Mite (BY'09 & '10) players.  These age groups will be combined together during the skates in an effort to maximize ice use. 

Registration is limited and will be available in the next couple of days.  An email will be sent out as soon as it is made available.

Information about these conditioning skates is as follows:

During the conditioning skates, there will be a mixture of skating drills constructed by QCHA coaches. The times offered are as such:

• Sunday, August 27 on the ice at 6:00pm (1 hour 30 minutes)

• Friday, September 8 on the ice at 5:45pm (1 hour)

• Friday, September 15 on the ice at 5:45pm (1 hour)

• Friday, September 22 on the ice at 5:45pm (1 hour)

It is the registrant’s choice to attend 1, 2, 3, or 4 skates but the cost to participate is a flat $40 fee.  Relative to Stick & Puck pricing, with the instruction offered at these sessions this is an investment with value.
