·         Board Meetings are open to all current members of the QCHA

·         All in attendance should adhere to the Robert’s Rules of Order  https://robertsrules.org/

·         Only those on the agenda are allowed to present during the meeting.  Each presentation will last no more than 10 minutes in duration.

·         To get your name on the agenda you must contact the secretary at Secretary@QuadCityHockey.com at least 1 week before the board meeting with a summary of what is to be discussed.  (Please include who, what, why, when, where and expected cost, if necessary, in your summary.)  You will later receive an email stating whether you have been added to the agenda for the next meeting.
